Project Manager (Civil)

As a Project Manager at Landmate, a leading architecture & construction firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical advice and guidance to the construction team, subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives. - Developing comprehensive project plans by analyzing survey reports, maps, and calculating material quantities. - Ensuring quality assurance by overseeing that materials and work meet specified standards and conducting regular inspections. - Upholding safety and compliance standards by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and local construction laws. - Maintaining effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors, and other professionals to keep them updated on project progress. - Managing the construction work by supervising the labor force and subcontractors. - Monitoring project expenditures, agreeing on material prices, and ensuring cost management. - Preparing detailed site reports, presentations, and documentation of all site engineering activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction sector. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Proficiency in project management tools, with MS Project/Primavera preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
