Job Description

This role is for renovation of existing commercial properties i.e. Cinemas and includes managing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring quality delivery on time.

Role Summary

Lead full project lifecycle: planning execution handover
Manage contractors, vendors & architects to ensure on-time delivery
Control budgets, track CAPEX & approve change orders
Drive quality, safety & compliance at every stage
Act as the key client contact, ensuring expectations are met
Identify risks early and implement solutions

Eligibility Criteria

Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
812 years’ fitout project experience
Strong knowledge of construction systems (HVAC, electrical, interiors)
Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM, MS Project/Primavera, SAP
Leadership, communication & financial management skills
Willingness to travel and manage projects end-to-end
