Core Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that project designs meet the required specifications and standards.

2. Site Management:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

3. Stakeholder Communication and Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, regulatory bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates, manage expectations, and ensure that project objectives are aligned with stakeholder needs.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks.
