Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee the execution of multi-storey residential projects, with a strong focus on finishing works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and execution strategies.

Resource Management:

• Allocate manpower, materials, and third-party vendors efficiently.
• Ensure timely availability of all required resources.

Budget & Cost Control:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Track expenses, analyze variances, and maintain cost control.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams on-site.
• Ensure effective coordination between site teams, consultants, and contractors.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate project status and progress reports to management and clients.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

Risk & Quality Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Ensure finishing quality meets design and industry standards.
• Implement safety and quality assurance measures on-site.

Documentation:

• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, status updates, and closure documents.

Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–12 years of experience managing multi-storey residential projects.
• Proven expertise in finishing works such as plastering, painting, flooring, fittings, and interiors.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality control independently.
