Job Description

Job Summary:

Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all civil engineering aspects of the plant construction project from planning to commissioning.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Liaise with local authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
10 to 24 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
Mandatory experience in F&B / Beverage / Bottling plant projects.
Proven track record in project management, site execution, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:

PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working with multinational clients or large-scale industrial setups.
Familiarity with lean construction practices and sustainability standards.
