Project Manager (Civil- Commercial)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and high-rise developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of commercial and high-rise construction projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee site activities including structural, finishing.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor performance
• Control project costs and handle billing, variations, and claims
• Ensure timely approvals, inspections, and statutory clearances
• Lead site teams and foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master’s preferred)
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in commercial and high-rise construction projects
• Proven experience managing multi-storey buildings, office complexes, malls, or mixed-use developments
• Strong understanding of RCC structures, high-rise execution methodology, and MEP coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
