Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Project Manager - Civil

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of assigned residential construction projects as per KRA.
Oversee all construction activities including planning, execution, QA/QC, safety, SOP compliance, and resource management.
Monitor material procurement, allocation, and utilization effectively.
Supervise and manage site manpower to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
Prepare and submit daily work progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Be ready to travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in residential building/apartment construction.
Excellent knowledge of QA/QC processes, safety standards, and construction SOPs.
Proven ability to manage material, manpower, and timelines efficiently.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Other Details:

Immediate joiners preferred.
Must be willing to travel as per project requirements.
