Job Description

Responsibilities:

Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of the project within approved budgets and programme.
Lead and coordinate all site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and heritage aesthetics.
Implement value engineering across project stages to optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and local regulations.
Report progress and key metrics through high-quality presentations and reports.

Candidate Profile/Requirenemt:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the site execution. The role demands a proactive leader with deep experience in ultra-luxury and heritage-style residential projects.
Proven track record with real estate developers or PMC firms in similar project deliveries.
Strong exposure to ultra-luxury or heritage-themed developments.
Expert in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
Strong leadership, communication, co-ordination and problem-solving skills.
Efficient reporting & good presentation skills
