Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand activation strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful market entry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging brand experiences that drive sales growth.
Design and implement effective brand promotion campaigns across multiple channels (ATL/BTL).
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future activations and improve ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in any industry with expertise in brand development, marketing, and launch management, PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
Proven track record of successfully executing ATL/BTL campaigns that drive business results.
Strong understanding of consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
