Project Manager - Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple IT service projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Define project scope, schedule, resource allocation, and deliverables.

Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder updates.

Business Analysis:

Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and wireframes.

Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.

Client Coordination:

Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure client expectations are understood and met consistently.

Build strong client relationships for long-term engagement.

Team Coordination:

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Motivate and guide internal teams for on-time project completion.

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Key Skills Required:

Proven experience as Project Manager + Business Analyst in an IT service-based company

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar PM tools

Excellent in client communication, documentation, and stakeholder management

Ability to write clear BRDs/FRDs, user flows, and requirement specs

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / related field

Agile or PMP certification is a plus

Prior experience handling offshore or global clients is a bonus
