Project Manager

You will be responsible for the complete project execution and delivery of 5 Star Hotel interior works within the approved timeline and budget. You will manage planning, coordination, and supervision of all interior, civil, and MEP activities to ensure quality and finishing standards as per hospitality project requirements. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project. Additionally, you will lead site execution teams, monitor work schedules, and ensure timely material availability. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing drawings, resolving technical and execution-related issues, and maintaining proper documentation. Furthermore, you will oversee cost control, billing verification, and project reporting to management, as well as conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality norms. Qualification required for this role is: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering You should hold a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in hotel interior projects with a strong background in high-end finishing, detailing, and coordination of luxury hospitality projects. It is essential to possess excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, along with in-depth knowledge of interior materials, specifications, and execution techniques. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD is required, and you should have a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely completion with quality.,
