Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and potential candidate to join our dynamic team as a Project Manager with a background in engineering. The ideal candidate must have atleast 8-10 years of experience in managing engineering projects from start until the completion of project, with proven ability to deliver projects on-time and ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

· Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all phases of the project are completed on time.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution.

· Identify project risks, propose mitigation plans, and proactively address any issues that may arise.

2. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

· Supervise, guide and mentor project teams, providing keen and precise direction and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth project delivery.

· Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates to track progress and align team goals.

3. Resource Management:

· Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and project success.

· Ensure that all project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel are available and properly utilized.

4. Quality Control & Risk Management:

· Monitor project progress, troubleshoot problems, and make data-driven decisions to minimize risks and setbacks.

5. Post-Project Evaluation:

· Ensure appropriate handover of completed projects to operations, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are finalized.

Required Qualification:

· Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.

· 8-10 years of experience in project management in an engineering-related field.

· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
