Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of work. Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, architects, and clients. Manage and monitor interior fit-out work including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, and other finishing works. Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports. Identify and resolve site issues or delays. Monitor workforce and subcontractor performance and ensure timelines are met. Manage materials on-site and coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery. Attend project meetings and update stakeholders on site progress. Ensure proper documentation including site checklists, snag lists, and final handover reports.
1. Hands-on experience in electrical site execution including wiring, DBs, trays, conduits, and panels. 2. Ability to read and interpret SLDs, electrical layouts, and loop diagrams. 3. Skilled in load calculation, BOQ preparation, and material planning. 4. Experience in coordinating with civil, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting teams. 5. Proficient in electrical testing, commissioning, and report preparation. 6. Familiar with IS codes, IEC standards, and electrical safety practices.
