Job Description

  • Oversee the coordination and management of project resources, including internal teams, externalvendors, and contractors, to optimize task completion and ensure timely project progress.
  • Monitor project advancement by measuring critical performance indicators.
  • Provide stakeholderswith updates and recommend corrective actions regarding project status, risks, and issues.
  • Travel to project sites as required to supervise activities and offer on-site assistance, ensuring smoothproject execution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance practices, change control protocols, and projectgovernance processes to meet or exceed predetermined quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and fosterongoing process development.
  • Foster efficient collaboration and communication among project team members by coordinatingmeetings, seminars, and discussions to advance project objectives.
  • Supervise the implementation and maintenance of project management tools, methodologies, andbest practices, ensuring adherence to established standards and processes.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of Audio Visual and Collaboration initiatives, covering planning,execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
  • Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with businessrequirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules, focusing oncritical milestones and resource requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and formulate mitigation strategies to actively manage projectrisks and ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through direct interactions, focusing on improvingservice quality, on-time delivery, responsiveness, and problem-solving.
  • Keep accurate records of project status and activities via project workbooks, Project Server, andchange orders.
  • Raise immediate awareness to management regarding potential claims, back charges, or anysignificant costs that may financially impact the company on assigned projects.
  • REQUIREMENTS:Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager, particularly in the Audio Visual industry.
  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Strong knowledge of Audio-Visual technologies and solutions, including video conferencingsystems, digital signage, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and managestakeholders at various levels.
