Project Manager AV & Automation

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of AV & automation projects to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Your role will involve planning resources, coordinating teams, managing materials, and maintaining clear communication with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Review project designs, timelines, and priorities for effective project planning and resource management. - Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth execution of projects. - Understand and communicate project designs and specifications to the site team for proper design & execution coordination. - Ensure execution matches approved designs and resolve on-site issues with design/consultant input. - Collaborate with the Purchase team to procure materials timely and cost-effectively. - Negotiate with vendors, track deliveries, and maintain records of material usage for effective material procurement & vendor management. - Assign tasks, monitor progress of site technicians, and provide regular updates to clients and management for efficient site execution & client communication. - Conduct site visits to verify work quality, compliance with standards, and maintain daily progress records for quality assurance & inspection. - Guide commissioning activities, ensure systems function as per client requirements, and coordinate service calls for proper commissioning & service coordination. - Train, mentor, and evaluate site and service engineers, foster a positive team environment, and ensure SOP compliance for effective team leadership & development. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in AV, automation, or related project management roles. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. - Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams effectively. - Familiarity with project documentation and reporting tools is a plus.,
