Project Manager Associate

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships that prioritize delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your primary focus will be on achieving business results by providing options and innovative solutions to address customer issues effectively. You will be responsible for executing and overseeing global change and transformation initiatives related to Blockchain settlements. This includes managing and streamlining operations processes on a global scale to ensure compliance with local industry regulations and guidelines. Building strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders will be essential to drive the business agenda and represent the organization in cross LOB forums and working groups worldwide. In this role, you will lead the risks and controls agenda by collaborating with local operations managers on external and internal audit reviews, implementing internal controls and procedures to mitigate risks effectively. Your responsibilities will also include driving go-live and implementation activities, such as readiness checklists and production verification tests. As a communication liaison to executive sponsors and project stakeholders, you will conduct regular briefings and status updates, prepare project reports, metrics, and scorecards. Additionally, you will actively engage in People-first related initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Demonstrated project management expertise with hands-on experience in project execution, requirement analysis, functional design review, test case management, issue investigation, and post-implementation support. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to create and deliver executive summaries and presentations effectively. - Proactive approach, self-accountability, ability to work collaboratively in teams or independently, adaptability to change, and a strong focus on risk and controls. - Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and team objectives efficiently. - Proven ability to identify opportunities, take prompt action, and escalate potential risks to minimize impact. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Experience and expertise in other domains such as trade and FX operations will be advantageous. - Proficiency in Data Analytics/Data Visualization and/or Intelligent Automation with prior portfolio coverage is a plus. - Strong track record of partnerships and teamwork, with the ability to foster effective relationships across different parts of the organization. - Knowledge of Blockchain settlements and APIs is desirable.
