Arihant Legacy is a reputed name in real estate, known for delivering quality-driven and timely high-rise residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Project Manager** to join our growing team in Jaipur.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations of high-rise residential/commercial projects.

* Ensure timely execution of project milestones in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

* Supervise finishing works and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations.

* Monitor and maintain high standards of **quality control** and **safety compliance**.

* Efficiently handle planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

* Lead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely procurement of materials and services.

* Liaise with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

**Key Requirements:**

* **Minimum 10 years of experience** in civil construction with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.

* Must have **successfully completed 4-5 high-rise projects** from start to finish.

* In-depth knowledge of **construction finishing** and **MEP systems** is essential.

* Strong command over **planning, quality assurance**, and **vendor negotiations**.

* Proven leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

*Educational Qualification:*

* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Salary: 5.00 Lakhs per Annum
