Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Construction

Location: Punjab

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil).
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred (not mandatory).

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects from planning to handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports, MIS, and updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and labor workforce to ensure productivity.
• Drive cost control, value engineering, and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and construction tools/software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
