Job Description

Job Summary:

BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models using Revit in accordance with project requirements.
Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and documentation for all project stages.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure coordination of all disciplines.
Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company protocols.
Conduct clash detection, coordination, and model audits using BIM tools.
Support the design and construction team with accurate and updated models.
Update and maintain BIM libraries and templates.
Assist in training junior team members on Revit and BIM workflows, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
3 years of professional experience
in BIM modelling.
Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit & BIM
is mandatory.
Strong understanding of
BIM workflows
, modeling techniques, and project lifecycle integration.
Experience with other tools such as
Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Dynamo
is a plus.
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Knowledge of BIM standards like ISO 19650, LOD, and coordination protocols.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
