About the Role
GRAHA is seeking a talented BIM Modeler with 5+ years of experience to join our design team in Kochi. The role involves developing and managing intelligent Revit models across all project stages — from concept to construction — for architecture, interior, and landscape projects. You’ll work closely with our architects and consultants to ensure precision, coordination, and seamless delivery on every project.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage detailed BIM/Revit models across design phases.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from the model.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams for clash-free integration.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and model accuracy.
• Support design teams with visualizations, detailing, and 3D coordination.
• Contribute to GRAHA’s ongoing efforts in BIM automation and AI-integrated workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on BIM/Revit experience in architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with LOD standards, BEP, and BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, ACC).
• Ability to create and manage Revit families, templates, and sheets.
• A collaborative mindset, technical curiosity, and passion for precision-driven design.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Knowledge of Dynamo scripts, BIM-to-BOQ workflows, or sustainability integration.
• Experience on large-scale institutional or hospitality projects.
