About The Role

Project Manager – Animation

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of animation projects, from pre-production to delivery.
• Create detailed production schedules and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as the main point of contact between creative teams (animators, illustrators, designers) and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, set expectations, and track progress.
• Identify project risks and actively manage or escalate them when necessary.
• Monitor workload and resource allocation to optimize team performance.
• Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time.
• Maintain project documentation and reports for internal tracking and review.
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in an animation, media, or creative environment.
• Strong understanding of animation pipelines (2D and/or 3D) and production stages.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in animation, design, multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience working with creative teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or animation software is a plus.
