Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Measure project performance and report regularly to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through clear and timely communication.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Proven experience (5-8 years) as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Zoho).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
