Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Plan, schedule, and manage factory and retail outlets fit-out projects from concept to handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with Almond House’s business goals.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal design teams to ensure brand and operational consistency.
• Ensure timely completion of all civil, MEP, and interior works within approved budgets and timelines.

2. Vendor & Contractor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors, suppliers, and consultants for civil, MEP, and interior works.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct regular site reviews to monitor progress and address deviations.

3. Quality, Safety & Compliance:

• Maintain strict compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and local building regulations for food-grade facilities.
• Ensure site adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Conduct quality audits and enforce brand standards across retail fit-outs.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Track project costs and implement value engineering where appropriate.
• Manage variations and ensure financial control at all project stages.

5. Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate between internal stakeholders (Design, Procurement, Operations, Retail, and Finance).
• Provide regular progress updates, MIS reports, and risk assessments to management.
• Ensure smooth project handover with documentation and operational readiness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in

  project management

  , preferably in

  FMCG, food processing, hospitality, or retail sectors

  .
• Proven experience managing both

  factory construction

  and

  premium retail outlet projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
