Project Manager

As a Project Manager supporting internal execution of Zoho implementation projects, your role will involve focusing solely on internal coordination without direct client communication. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Tracking and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects - Maintaining internal documentation such as requirement documents, configuration notes, testing checklists, and sign-off forms - Coordinating with developers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure timely task completion - Updating and managing internal project management tools like Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, or equivalent - Identifying potential risks or delays and escalating them to the Project Manager or Department Head - Supporting in preparing internal progress reports and dashboards - Ensuring adherence to internal processes and documentation standards for all project activities - Assisting in organizing internal project meetings and following up on assigned actions Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project delivery support, preferably in IT or SaaS - Experience with project management tools, with familiarity in Zoho Projects being a plus - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent attention to detail and documentation - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Strong communication skills for internal team collaboration Preferred qualifications may include: - Familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.) - Exposure to SaaS implementation or ERP/CRM project environments - Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus In addition, this full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday, with the requirement to commute or relocate to Calicut, Kerala, before starting work.
