Project Manager - AI Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:

  Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology strategy.

• Planning & Execution:

  Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans; monitor progress and manage deviations.

• Risk Management:

  Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; maintain contingency plans and ensure compliance with governance standards.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders; manage expectations and ensure transparent communication.

• Change Management:

  Drive organizational readiness for AI adoption; develop change strategies, training plans, and communication frameworks.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability for deliverables.

• Budget & Resource Control:

  Manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track financial performance.

• Quality Assurance:

  Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

• Agile Delivery:

  Apply Agile principles and practices for iterative development and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Education:

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data-driven solutions, and AI/ML concepts.
• Certifications such as 

  PMP

  Agile

  Change Management

  are highly desirable
