As a Project Manager, your role will involve: - Planning, monitoring, and reporting various Project Management activities. - Customizing the Project planning approach based on project characteristics. - Demonstrating experience in Leadership and Management. - Strategizing project objectives, System Architecture, and related resource planning. - Setting goals and mentoring the team accordingly. - Adhering to best Project Management Practices in an Agile environment. - Having good exposure to Continuous Development & Integration methodology. - Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. - Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Conducting post-implementation reviews and integrating feedback into future projects. - Assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and workload. - Ensuring effective communication among developers, testers, designers, and team members. - Addressing team conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment. - Fostering a collaborative and productive team culture. - Compiling project reports, lessons learned, and technical documentation. - Transferring completed projects to the client or operational team. - Overseeing the initial support period after project delivery.
