Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Coordination
• Schedule regular meetings with all contractors and suppliers to review progress, answer questions, and undertake ongoing quality control.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Review and confirm completion stages for contractor payment authorizations,
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Create a seamless project handover and close out process for clients to enjoy their finished project
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to Job status
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Construction and Coordination with FMS team regarding project maintenance tasks and also for new projects to facilitate the residents
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as contractors
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyzing drawings/blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
