Description
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Techno-Functional Project Manager who will own the end-to-end delivery of projects, act as the customer interface, drive solutioning, and efficiently manage cross-functional teams and resources. This is a techno-functional leadership role that requires strong technical awareness, functional understanding, project management discipline, and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, effective resource allocation, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource plans, budgets, and risk registers. Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within defined scope, time, and budget. Drive project governance, conduct periodic reviews, and maintain project documentation. Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, solution discussions, and project reviews with clients. Manage customer expectations, handle escalations, and ensure continuous client satisfaction. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. Solutioning & Functional Responsibilities Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to design solutions aligned with client requirements. Prepare functional and technical documentation, BRDs, SOWs, and solution proposals. Participate in RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and estimation exercises. Ensure alignment of solution delivery with business objectives. Resource Management & Allocation Plan, allocate, and optimize resources across multiple projects. Monitor resource utilization, workload distribution, and team capacity. Work with functional managers to ensure the right skill sets are available for project execution. Identify and address resource constraints, hiring needs, or skill gaps proactively. Maintain visibility of team performance, track resource productivity, and drive accountability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Facilitate effective collaboration across development, QA, data engineering, infrastructure, and business teams. Remove delivery roadblocks and ensure seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders. Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and compliance standards. Maintain accurate project records, reports, and audit documentation. Track project KPIs and present status reports to leadership and customers. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Experience in Resource Planning, Allocation, and Management Techno-functional knowledge of SaaS, Data Platforms, AI/ML Solutions, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Platforms Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional teams Exceptional skills in Customer Communication, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Management Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or similar Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification (preferred) 6-8 years of total experience with at least 5 years in Project & Delivery Management roles Proven experience in Resource Allocation, Project Governance, and Customer Management Preferred Attributes Strong ownership & leadership mindset Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills Proactive, collaborative, and solution-driven Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
