Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling:o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and technical requirements.o Manage client expectations, provide regular project updates, and address any concerns promptly.Project Planning & Coordination:o Create detailed project plans, define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.o Coordinate internal teams (design, development, QA) to ensure seamless project execution.o Monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones are met, and adjust plans as necessary.Time & Cost Estimation:o Estimate the time and resources required for project completion.o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with estimates and minimizing project overruns.Technical Oversight & Support:o Provide guidance to the development team on the technical aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to best practices in HTML, CSS, PHP, Laravel, React, and WordPress.o Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting issues that arise during the development process.Team Leadership:o Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.o Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.Quality Assurance & Risk Management:o Ensure quality assurance processes are followed to deliver high-quality, bug-free products.o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or project issues.Stakeholder Management:o Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.o Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and address any roadblocks or challenges that arise.Continuous Improvement:o Collect feedback from clients and team members post-project to continuously improve processes and workflows.o Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in future projectsMust be familar with Trello, Jira and Asana
