Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Single point of contact responsible for coordinating Firmware/Hardware/Mechanical/Procurement and Production activities with comprehensive documentation management for automatic welding equipment specialized in pipeline infrastructure projects

- Lead Firmware and Software development team

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications, progress reports, and compliance records

- Coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure project milestones are met

- Interface with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are aligned

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across all development phases

- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

Requirements / Qualification:

- Experience: 10-12 years in project management, preferably in industrial automation or welding equipment development

- Bachelor's/masters degree in engineering (Electronics, Computer and Electrical, or related field)

- PMP certification preferred

- Experience with pipeline infrastructure projects and understanding of welding processes and equipment will be an added advantage

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
