for Accops product portfolio.
Develop and maintain

Collaborate within
Customer

Success

Organisation

across

Professional

Services, Technical Support, CoE, Renewals and Customer Success Managers Team
to ensure post-implementation success and handover.
Represent Customer Success and collaborate with
Presales,

Sales,

Engineering,

and Product Management
teams for seamless project executions and handovers.
Conduct
kick-off

meetings
, manage scope, track milestones, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within
scope,

timeline,

and

budget
, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate
Project

risks

and

Escalations
in real-time.
Provide project updates via
