Job description Role & responsibilities Supervise the construction project from start to finish. Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements. Network with external contractors and negotiate to attain the best deals and rates for assignments. Material, tools & machinery scheduling and planning. Experiece Must in Hospital Construction Project and CPWD Projects Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to personnel and ensure they are carried out. Monitor the performance of personnel on site and provide directions and feedback as and when required. Ensure the necessary standards for Construction, maintenance of the entire process, pollution, and Safety aspects. Need to Handle Client and their requiremets Preferred candidate profile Suitable experience in Construction & Civil Management.
