Project Manager

Job description

· Contribute to the design of the project.

• To monitor all construction management activities.
• To review project work performed by team engineers and to corrective action as and when required.
• To deal/communicate effectively with other departments related to the site work

· Monitoring execution works in the site.

· Maintaining the updated work status

· In –charge of all matters related to site

· Supervising all works in the site and monitoring all other staff’s work in the site

· Co-coordinating with all departments for the execution of the site work .Implementing quality procedures and maintaining strict adherence to quality level construction .

· Making necessary arrangements for contractor staffs to ensure smooth working condition at site.

· Ensure all SAFETY and quality and environmental ISO standards are maintained at site.

· Ensure all records are up to date

· Conduct regular meetings

· Managing re-use / disposal of site scrap / excess stock

· Maintain site records for quantity measurements (measurement books) and attendance of contractor staff

· Coordinating with head office in collecting approved drawings

· Certify contractor invoices and raised debit notes for snags/incomplete/deviation of works. Sign-off on contractor invoices prior to forwarding toQS, Finance & Accounts Function for payment

· Monitor quality and quantity of material at site and coordinate quantity and quality surveys by the Internal Audit team

· Prepare MIS as per defined frequency schedule

· Assist in preparation of project close out report on completion of project

· Handover of property to Administration and Customer Relations on completion of planned works

· Management of complaints during Defect Liability Period

· Site supervision for administrative activities like :

· Site security

· Site lighting

· Site Safety

· Site water and sanitation

· Office administration and communication for the project

· Attendance monitoring (Company staff and subcontractors)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
