Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT and software development projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile project management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward project success.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing IT/software development projects.
• Strong experience in Application Development and Application Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or other project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Technical understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, or DevOps, CI/CD is a plus.

Certification Required

• PMP Certified

Job Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:

  Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication.

• Agile & Scrum Leadership:

  Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring sprint goals and deliverables are met.

• Risk & Issue Management:

  Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.

• Resource & Budget Management:

  Allocate resources effectively, track project expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.

• Progress Tracking & Reporting:

  Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive summaries for stakeholders.

• Vendor & Third-Party Coordination:

  Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely deliverables.

• Process Improvement:

  Continuously evaluate project processes and implement best practices for efficiency and quality.
