Profile Foundation for Neglected Disease Research (FNDR) is a not-for-profit biotech R&D organization dedicated to discovering and developing novel therapeutics, diagnostics, and devices for diseases with a high socio-economic impact. Since its inception in 2014, FNDR has generated a portfolio of therapeutics in tuberculosis, nontuberculous mycobacteria, malaria, dengue, leishmania, serious bacterial infections, fungal infections, COVID-19 and RSV, spanning over early-stage discovery to late-stage clinical trials. Foundation for Neglected Disease Research is looking for a project manager with a life sciences background to manage various short term and long-term scientific projects, including internal research projects, collaborative research projects, and grants. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the technical team to chart out project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, resources, budgets and reports. Track and manage project changes. Manage communications with internal and external project stakeholders. Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings. Manage project level risks and opportunities. Schedule and coordinate project initiation, project reviews and project closure. Drive the projects forward through efficient task management. Skills Required Effective communicator Excellent written and spoken English skills. Detail-Oriented Highly organized Adaptability Resourcefulness Job Location: Doddaballapur, Bengaluru, India (Google Maps) (100 PERCENT Onsite) Salary INR 9,00,000/- to 12,00,000/- per annum Qualification Masters degree or PhD in any Life Sciences program.
