Job Description

As a Project Management Officer with 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, you will collaborate with geographically dispersed stakeholders to support various PMO-related activities such as utilizing templates, gathering reporting data, and more. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in drafting and updating pre-defined contracts, coordinating with the technical panel for internal/external screenings, managing operational threads, maintaining account distribution lists, facilitating onboarding/offboarding processes, organizing team events, full team meetings, and overseeing client visits.
