Project Management Officer

The role involves monitoring and coordinating project management activities for R&D projects, including New Product Development (NPD) timelines, ISO 9001:2015 audit process, and intellectual property rights support. The ideal candidate should have a BE degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with 5-8 years of experience. Key responsibilities include managing and controlling NPD process adherence, monitoring VAVE/Cost Saving projects, and conducting regular audits. The role also involves working as an Intellectual Property & Patents coordinator, evaluating patentability, and assisting in patents/designs filling. The candidate will be responsible for handling ISO audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, and supporting ISO audits. Additionally, benchmarking and implementing new R&D processes in the PLM software system and analyzing data in the automated manhour booking system is required. Moreover, conducting periodic NPD process orientations/training for the R&D team members and stakeholders on NPD process & PLM software system will be part of the role. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of Project Management Methodology, Risk Management, Analytical Skills, basic understanding of HVAC products, advanced knowledge of Project Planning software, and PLM operating systems. Being a Certified ISO 9001:2015 auditor is essential for this position.,
