Project Management Office Intern

Job Summary:

As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources
  
• Track project progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
  
• Support project documentation including meeting notes, action items, risk logs, and status reports
  
• Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
  
• Follow up on project tasks and ensure accountability among team members
  
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives
  
• Provide administrative support to project managers as needed
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies (academic or professional)
  
• Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Scrum fundamentals)
  
• Interest in a career in project or product management
