Project Management Lead

As a Project Management Lead at Baker Hughes, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of projects with significant technical complexity and commercial risk. Your primary focus will be on project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project duration. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of fast-track oil & gas projects - Developing and managing detailed project schedules and cost estimates - Directing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, operations, and logistics - Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards - Managing risk, change control, and issue resolution processes - Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders and clients - Preparing and presenting progress reports, performance metrics, and executive updates To excel in this role, you should have: - A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production) - 6+ years of relevant work experience in oil & gas project management - Strong knowledge of core supply chain functions and actions - Experience working with international and multicultural teams - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for project tracking and reporting - Understanding of incoterms and country-based regulations (HSE, quality, etc.) - Knowledge of project planning tools - Proactive problem-solving skills with an execution-oriented mindset - Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering value and innovation - Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions in high-stakes environments At Baker Hughes, we understand that everyone has unique working preferences.
