If you love numbers, fast execution, and solving messy problems with structure, this role is your playground.


What Youll Do (Daily/Weekly Ownership)


1) Lead Machine Tracking

  • Track daily leads from every channel vs. plan.
  • Monitor Lead → QL → Enrolled funnel health.
  • Flag issues before they become problems.
  • Send daily performance snapshots + weekly funnel summaries.

2) Initiative Tracking & Closure

  • Maintain execution boards (Notion/Sheets/asana).
  • Follow up with lead generation/Marketing channel owners
  • Ensure initiatives don't die midway. Push things to DONE.
  • Prepare pre-reads for weekly growth reviews.

3) Funnel Efficiency Projects

  • Spot drops in QL, CPL spikes, region inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate with landing page, creatives, performance, workshops, or presales to solve leaks.
  • Run small experiments on your own (copy/tests/new channels).

4) Zero-to-One Marketing Experiments

  • Test new channels like Reddit, Quora, WhatsApp communities, micro-influencers, AI-driven campaigns, campus referral systems, etc.
  • Design → execute → measure → scale (if it works).

5) Feedback Loop Management

  • Collect structured feedback from Qualification,Sales teams on lead quality.
  • Feed back to respective lead gen teams (performance, influencer, workshops, referrals).
  • Maintain a channel-wise improvement tracker.

Eligibility

  • Preferably immediate joiners.
  • Freshers (2024–2025 grads) OR 0–2 years in growth, Ops, CRM, marketing, or sales ops.
  • Any degree — we care about sharp thinking, not labels.


6 Months Intern→ Full-time conversion will be there based on performance
