The Project and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing engineering projects and maintenance activities to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing maintenance schedules, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute engineering projects, including installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and monitor maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, and automation.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
