Project Lead/Manager

As a Project Manager in the Banking/BFSI vertical, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple implementation projects and managing stakeholders effectively. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, you will have a strong background in Business Technology and working closely with end users to ensure customer expectations are met. Your expertise in end-to-end implementations of various LMS and LOS modules or extensive experience in LMS and LOS areas of retail lending will be crucial for success in this role. In this position, you will lead teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills, with at least 2 years of experience in team management. Your ability to analyze program risks and take corrective actions without compromising deadlines will be essential to drive project success. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, managing diverse teams with various talents and responsibilities, and implementing changes to ensure project goals are achieved. You will be tasked with managing Statements of Work (SOWs) while ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions. Additionally, your role will involve identifying risks and managing issues proactively to deliver projects within the specified time and budget.
