Project Lead

As the Engagement Manager, you'll be pivotal in fostering and managing partnerships across educational institutions, government bodies, CSR arms, and sector councils. Your mission: drive program delivery, amplify impact, and expand Valeur Fabtex’s footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities

· Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with schools, government departments (e.g., NSDC, Sector Skill Councils), CSR partners, NGOs, and academic institutions.

· Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end execution of skilling, vocational, and tech-based education initiatives—ensuring alignment with institutional expectations and timelines.

· Program Development: Collaborate with internal teams (BD, training, M&E) to conceptualize impactful proposals and secure new project opportunities.

· Implementation Coordination: Ensure smooth delivery involving trainers, mobilizers, technical teams, and field staff.

· Quality & Compliance: Uphold program standards, documentation, and audit readiness across all projects.

· Reporting & Impact: Track progress, measure outcomes, and prepare dashboards/reports for stakeholders.

· Capacity Building: Facilitate teacher training and support systems to enable effective skill-based education delivery.

· Upskilling Innovation: Advocate for technology integration—like robotics, VR/AI, and STEM labs—to enhance program efficacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
