Project Lead Residential Buildings

Location: Head Office, Mumbai
Reporting To: Head (Operations) Industry: Construction Salary: As per Industry Standards

Job Summary:

We are looking for a capable and motivated Project lead to support the execution and delivery of residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing mid to large-scale residential developments, with a good understanding of construction practices, site coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and managing residential construction projects.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Ensure work is carried out as per design, quality, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to track work status.
Help in resolving on-site issues and keeping the project on schedule.
Support project documentation, approvals, and handover process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in residential construction, preferably mid/high-rise buildings.
Good understanding of construction workflows, site coordination, and safety norms.
Ability to work with multiple teams and handle day-to-day project issues.
Basic knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
Strong communication, result oriented, and organizational skills.
