Project Lead BIW Fixture Design

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Lead and manage a team of 20+ engineers.
• Handle end-to-end project execution from concept design, 3D modelling, and 2D detailing to final delivery.
• Work on plant layout, clamp plans, weld points, pneumatic plans, and OEM-specific standards.
• Ensure quality checks, ergonomic studies, and validation reports.
• Act as a vital bridge between clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Candidate is preferred from Automotive sector.
