Project Lead and Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – ERP Implementation to lead end-to-end ERP projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning ERP solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred
• Project Management certification (PMP) is a must

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle ERP implementations (Requirements → Design → Development → Testing → Go-Live → Support)
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports
• Coordinate functional, technical, and data migration teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Manage change requests, risks, and issue resolution effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
