1. Project Planning & Execution

• Ensure timely execution of project milestones aligned with brewery setup schedules.

• Monitor and track overall project progress, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions.

2. Vendor Coordination & Management

• Coordinate with vendors for technical offers, quotations, and clarifications.

• Analyze and evaluate technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Follow up on dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.

• Build strong relationships with vendors for optimal support and pricing.

3. Site Operations & Team Mobilization

• Organize and supervise weekly site visits (2-3 days minimum, with flexibility based on demand).

• Mobilize internal and external teams for installation, commissioning, and integration phases.

• Monitor site readiness and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

4. Technical & Commercial Evaluation

• Review and compare vendor offers from a techno-commercial standpoint.

• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to finalize technical-commercial selections.

• Provide recommendations for cost-effective and technically viable solutions.

5. Negotiations & Contract Finalization

• Lead negotiations with vendors and contractors for technical services and equipment.

• Secure competitive terms and agreements aligned with project budgets.

6. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including consultants and leadership.

• Prepare weekly reports on project status, risks, delays, and next steps.

7. Brewery-Specific Setup Expertise

• Apply previous experience in brewery greenfield projects to anticipate challenges and optimize execution.

• Ensure alignment of project specifications with brewery process requirements and standards.
