Job Title: Project In-Charge

Job Location: Banaswadi - Bangalore

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

Interview: Virtual Rounds

Working Days: 6 days / Week (1st and 3rd Saturday Off)

Requisite Qualification:

Required experience: Min. 4 years

Experience / Skill set:

1. Knowledge of Operating Systems

2. Good Knowledge on Troubleshooting.

3. Good Communication Skills

4. Experience in Real-time Processing Frameworks

5. Experience in Solar and Wind Power plants.

6. Must be Able to Work with a Minimum of Supervision

7. Must be Able to Provide Management the needed Oversight

8. Good Team Work with Engineers, Designers, Technicians, and 3rd Party Suppliers

9. Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills

10.Efficiency in handling multiple clients at a time

11.Efficient in handling client escalations

12.Proactively coordinating with client to gather project collaterals

Technical Competence:

1. Knowledge of Interfaces to Control-Systems

2. Knowledge of Generic IT Technology

3. Knowledge of Database Technology

4. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

5. Good Knowledge on PLC and SCADA/ Movicon Programming.

6. Familiar on Error Handling and Debugging.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Gathering Project Enquiries

2. Gathering Service Enquiries

3. Monitors and Manages Project Baseline to Ensure Activities are Occurring as Planned - Scope, Budget and Schedule Manages Variances

4. Proactively identify Risks, Develop Risk Management and Mitigation Plans, Manage Project Risks

5. Identifies Potential Points of Contention for Missed Deliverables; Creates and Implements Strategy to Mitigate Shortfalls in Timeline and Budget - Ensure Overall Timelines from Design to Development to Testing to Commissioning

6. Activity and Resource planning, Organizing Project Teams, Manage Resource Utilization

7. Project Discussion, Support and Execution with Customer

8. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

9. Prompt Customer Interaction

10.Managing Reports and Necessary Documentation - for Project Plans, Execution, Resourcing, and Manpower Utilization; Submit for Management Review

11.Ensuring Payment from Customer

12.Train and Manage GET (Graduate Engineering Trainee) for Project Activities and Management Activities

13.Host Project Meets, Review Work and Timelines

14.Provide Support to Team Members, Engineers, Technicians, and as per Organizational Requirements.

15.Coordinate with Vendors as Per Requirements

16.Liaising With IT Team and Concern Departments to Ensure the Project Engagement

Travel & Allowances:

1. The companys travel desk will coordinate and arrange all official travel requirements.

2. All expenses related to lodging, meals, and local transportation during official travel will be reimbursed on an actual basis, subject to submission of valid bills.

3. In addition, employees will be entitled to a daily allowance as per company policy.
