Description
As an experienced Project Head / Project Expert at Rinac, your main role will be to lead the end-to-end execution of industrial/manufacturing facility projects both in India and abroad. You will need to showcase strong technical depth, effectively lead multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrate a successful track record in delivering complex EPC projects efficiently in terms of speed, quality, cost, and control. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-End Project Management - Manage the complete project lifecycle including concept, design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. - Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deploy necessary resources. - Industrial Project Expertise - Oversee greenfield/brownfield facilities in sectors like food processing, FMCG, engineering, or similar industries. - Provide guidance on layouts, utilities, equipment installation, and ensuring statutory compliance. - Leadership & Coordination - Lead various teams such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC/Refrigeration, Architecture, Quality Control, and Procurement. - Ensure timely approvals, reviews, and site visits across multiple project locations. - Project Controls & Reporting - Monitor schedules using tools like MS Projects/Primavera, identify deviations, and implement necessary corrective actions. - Prepare management information system (MIS), dashboards, and client reports. - Cost, Budget & Contracts - Develop budgets, cash flows, and billing plans while optimizing site costs and margins. - Support vendor evaluation, negotiations, and finalize contracts. - Technical Expertise - Possess strong knowledge in Civil, MEP, Utilities, Refrigeration, Electrical, and Fire Safety. - Review drawings, QA/QC plans, safety protocols, and provide value-engineering solutions. - Risk, Quality & Compliance - Conduct risk assessments, address bottlenecks, ensure compliance with codes/standards, and promote a zero-incident safety culture. - Value Engineering & Due Diligence - Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and recommend optimized design/engineering solutions. **Required Skills:** - Ability to manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously - Strong understanding of civil & MEP systems - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Proficient in MS Projects, Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office, and design coordination tools **Preferred Experience:** - Experience in EPC/turnkey industrial projects - Exposure to food/engineering factories and international projects (Africa/Middle East/South Asia) - Knowledge of modular construction, prefabrication, and cleanroom/food-grade facilities In summary, your role at Rinac will involve leading industrial projects with a focus on efficient project management, technical expertise, and compliance with industry standards to ensure successful project delivery both locally and internationally.,
