Work Location: Bengaluru (Last date to apply is 20th April 2025) Note: Shortlisted candidates will receive an interview invitation letter from recruiting team Please find JD below, What role you will play in our team As a Cost, Schedule, and Controls Engineer , you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing cost estimates and project controls for medium to large-scale projects. Your role will involve developing multi-disciplinary cost estimates, ensuring cost accuracy through benchmarking and validation, and supporting project teams in optimizing capital efficiency. You will also lead cost and schedule management throughout the project lifecycle, including estimating, budgeting, progress tracking, and change management. This role should be capable of executing these technical tasks as well as lead contractors in doing them. What will you do Key Responsibilities: Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise through the project lifecycle through: scope knowledge, establishing milestones and objectives, lead internal and external teams, mentor, develop plans and coordination procedures, and capturing best practices. Stewards Project cost/schedule with ongoing project analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and Change Management: Coordinate the collecting, analyzing, and reporting of project cost and schedule control information to ensure overall project status is assessed, potential problem areas are identified. Monitoring, validate, and appraising the performance of the Contractor(s) in the areas of cost control, progress measurement and control. Develop cost and schedule estimates to support opportunity assessments, Project funding, Project reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project scope. Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to resolve estimating queries and document assumptions. Conduct cost reconciliations, validations, and benchmarking using historical data. Provide leadership in project cost control, scheduling, and risk assessment. Facilitate lessons learned and process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cost and project control functions efficiently. About you Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management from a recognized university Minimum 3 years of experience project controls focused on cost control, estimating, planning, and schedule control in Oil & Gas or Construction Industry Preferred: Experience in working in Brownfield oil and gas environment Demonstrated leadership skills Good command of English both written and spoken Strong MS Excel and presentation skills Strong influencing without authority, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management / leadership Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as per business needs Willingness to work on portfolio of small to midsize Brownfield projects. Willingness to work in shift eg: 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm IST and should be an Indian national.
